Engagements are as varied as my clients, because no one organization has the exact same needs. I’ll talk to you about your specific challenges, context, AI or technical maturity, timelines, and budget to tailor content, activities, and deliverables that matter to you.
Generally speaking, my expertise is grounded in user and market research, digital product management, and AI governance and risk management, so you can expect that engagements could entail interactive workshops, interviews, user studies, education, and policy creation. And sticky notes!

Can you help me implement technical AI solutions?
It depends. I can advise on third-party AI-enabled software use and purchase considerations. However, I rely on my implementation partners and/or referrals for production buildouts and high-risk deployments.
